Publication Ethics Statement
The journal aims to provide equal opportunities for all researchers, as it accepts scientific papers based on their scientific content and originality. The journal believes that adherence to professional publishing ethics is of utmost importance for researchers and referees to achieve the journal's vision and goals.
The following is the journal's scientific publishing ethics statement, which includes ethical rules and regulations for the editor-in-chief, members of the editorial board, referees and researchers, which are in accordance with the principles of the International Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE):
- The Editor-in-Chief follows up and evaluates the research papers and considers their suitability for publication, or apologizes for publication, before sending them to the referees.
- The Editor-in-Chief, in cooperation with the editorial board and specialists outside the editorial board, is responsible for selecting the appropriate arbitrators according to the subject matter of the research and the arbitrator's specialisation in full confidentiality.
- The journal shall provide technical, methodological and informational support services to researchers in the light of the reports of the referees and experts, as necessary to serve the quality of the research.
- Commitment not to discriminate between researchers on the basis of race, sex, gender, religious belief or values, or any other form of discrimination, except for adherence to the rules of research, methodology and scientific thinking skills in presenting, presenting, discussing and analysing ideas, trends and topics.
- The journal commits that no member of its board of directors or referees may use the ideas of unpublished research included in the research referred to the journal in their own research. Researchers must ensure that their research is original and meets the high professional and ethical.
