Abstract
Peace is inseparable from Islam in terms of legislation, as contained in the Muhammadan Sharia in all its aspects and at various levels, and in terms of behavior in practical life, as it is the established value, morality, and methodology upon which true Islamic behavior is distinguished from un-Islamic behavior. Even if an individual or group is characterized by the claim and adherence to the attribute of Islam, Islam, in its comprehensive normative structure, does not stop at the limits of a claim without evidence to prove its veracity. What this study has concluded is that peace is an inherent principle in the Islamic legislative, doctrinal, moral, and value structure from all aspects. In addition to the linguistic and technical meaning of the title, the research includes three sections, each of which examines the connections and links that confirm this title.
